In cooperation with the research arm (BFI) of the German Iron and Steel association (Steel Institute VDEh) , QuinLogic is developing and marketing a data mining tool to uncover the root cause of certain process and product deviations.

In particular, a lot of software support is available to incorporate data. Beyond the data, the software Data Diagnose comes with recipes to find the root cause.

This does allow the use of the software by quality engineers at a particular line rather than relying on corporate research and statistics experts.
